At Voltask, we are committed to making every task easier! We offer a 3-year limited warranty to ensure the reliability of our products, along with lifetime technical support.

Warranty Coverage

Voltask warrants to the original purchaser that each new product and service part is free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase and covers all material, manufacturing, and workmanship defects. Repaired or replaced products remain under warranty for the original purchase period.

 Warranty Conditions

  • Applies only to products purchased from official buying channels.
  • Valid for personal, household, or family use.
  • Not applicable for commercial, industrial, or rental purposes.
  • Warranty is non-transferable.

 Exclusions from Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear and consumable items (e.g., blades, containers, lids).
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, negligent handling, or failure to maintain as per the manual.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Damage during shipping or due to incorrect operation.

How to Obtain Service

Voltask is dedicated to providing a stress-free warranty experience for our customers. Your product comes with a 3-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. To confirm your warranty details, please contact us at support@voltask.com and provide a screenshot of your purchase (including order number, purchase date, and store name). We will respond within 24 business hours. If your product fails under normal household conditions, please contact our customer service team at support@voltask.com. We will respond within 24 business hours and assist you in resolving the issue. Proof of purchase is also required for warranty claims.
