Return Policy

VOLTASK is dedicated to ensuring the high quality of every product we sell and deliver. We strive to meet and exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. For any defective products or returns made after the 30-day period, please follow the terms outlined in VOLTASK's Limited Warranty.

Returns must include all accessories and original packaging. For non-quality-related claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. VOLTASK will refund only the cost of the product itself. Returns may be rejected if they do not meet these requirements.

To complete your return, you need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Our typical processing time is within 30 days. For any issues, please contact us as soon as possible.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted, such as when items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error, or when items are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@voltask.com, and we will inform you of the nearest return address based on your location. If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping

To return your product, email us at support@voltask.com, and we will provide the nearest return address based on your location. For non-quality-related claims,you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. If you return items using a prepaid shipping label from VOLTASK, we cover any damage or loss during transit. However, for returns due to reasons other than quality issues, the buyer is responsible for any damage or loss in transit. Please note, VOLTASK does not provide refunds for returns damaged during transit for non-quality-related warranty claims. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@voltask.com.
